ATU Donegal have been drawn against Dublin City University in the opening round of the Sigerson Cup.
The Donegal side take on one of the stronger sides in their opening game, with DCU reaching the semi-finals of last year’s competition.
It’s a home tie for Maxi Curran’s side, with the opening round of the Sigerson Cup takes place on the 10th and 11th of January.
DCU’s squad is largely represented by Donegal players, with six in total in Jamie Grant, Johnny McGroddy, Oisin Cannon, Oisin Gallen, Ross Marley and Shane O’Donnell all in the DCU panel.
