Séamus Coleman left an Everton fan speechless as he surprised him yesterday with a house visit and a signed shirt.

The Killybegs man met with Everton fan Ray, who was left speechless when meeting the Everton star.

Séamus gifted Ray an Everton shirt signed by the whole team, along with a card and some chocolates.

Ray’s grandson Adam took a video of the meeting and captioned it: “Grandad got a surprise visit off Seamus Coleman this morning. First time I’ve seen him absolutely speechless. Seamus was an absolute gent with him – handing over a signed shirt, chocolates and a card before catching up over all things Everton.”

Adam added: “Never seen his face light up so much.. it still didn’t stop him telling Coleman to get a grip of the lads.”

Coleman is well known for his kind heartedness, often taking time out of his day to meet fans.

The 34-year-old has had some time off due to club football being postponed because of the World Cup, but will be back in action on St. Stephen’s Day, when Everton take on Wolves.
