We facilitate beginners, post-graduates and practitioners in developing their skills and expanding their knowledge. We offer NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists-IRL) and ITEC accredited professional training programmes.

We introduce beginners to the theory and practical elements of reflexology, nutrition and holistic practices, as well as assisting post-graduates and practitioners in the further development of their skills and professional knowledge. The Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness (ISRW) is the leader in the holistic Healing Education.

At the ISRW, we have lots of new exciting courses beginning in the New Year to start your new path in the holistic field. The courses will be rewarding and interesting on many levels.

Read on for details on the following opportunities:

-Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology (04th and 05th of March at the Jackson’s Hotel, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal).

The Diploma is:

-Easy to fit into your work schedule and runs at weekends (12 weekends only)

-Based in an easily accessible location

-Fully accredited with the NRRI

-Designed to train professionals to start their own Reflexology business upon certification

ITEC Level 3 Certificate in Diet and Nutrition: Online (7th of February).  The Certificate will extensively cover Diet and Nutrition – to include dietary requirements such as; roles of carbohydrates, protein, fibre, vitamins, nutritional value of foods, effects of antioxidant and common ailments.

The learner will also learn about related health and safety, client care and communication which is essential in order to work and be successful in the industry. This course is ideal for those with an interest in human nutrition, health science or holistic healing.

It is interactive, blends science with the concepts and arts of holistic healing and gives a comprehensive introduction to the complex world of human nutrition and dietetics. This course will be taught online over 15 weeks.  Online classes take place one evening per week on Tuesdays from 7-10pm and there will be one full Saturday session from 9am-5pm per month.

–Refresher Reflexology Weekend: 25th and 26th of February at the Jackson’s Hotel, Ballybofey- Co. Donegal. The Irish School of Reflexology’s two-day Refresher Reflexology Workshop is designed to give the participant the confidence to go out and be the therapist that they started out to be. Our refresher course is perfect for the therapist who hasn’t practiced their skill for a while and to learn plenty of new techniques to add to their practice!! This two-day training will be fun and interactive with lots of practice and revision.

@irishschoolofreflexology Our Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology consists of 150 Hours of tutoring in the classroom and 60 hours of practical work at home. The diploma is part-time (one weekend per month for 12 months), which means students will need to attend just one weekend per month. The course hours allow for plenty of practice during each weekend (no previous knowledge required). The school is affiliated with the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland http://www.nationalreflexology.ie/) and fully Accredited. The NRRI is the main Professional body all the Reflexologists have to join when they want to start to practice. Practitioner’s Diploma in foot reflexology 04/05th March in Co. – 8 Weeks Chakras System Course: Online starting on the 2nd of January. Next term 27th of February. The course explains the concept of energy; its forms, flow and symptoms of obstruction. Energy channels are also examined and the student will learn about the principles of chakra balance and alignment.

The course then looks at each of the 7 chakra points in detail and associated body parts, colours, elements, emotions and more as we ascend through the system. Students will also learn ways to open, balance and align each chakra that can be applied to practice or in their own personal life or as part of a holistic healing program.

We complete the course by looking at the Chakra System as a modern tool for self-development and holistic healing. This course is suitable for anyone, but might appeal more to those who have a basic knowledge of and interest in the system. It is ideal for those with a career in holistic health, complementary therapies, yoga, meditation and energy healing. The content should also be of interest to those who are interested in spirituality, ancient cultures, practices and belief systems. This course runs one evening per week for 2 hours, for 8 weeks.

-Meditation and Mindfulness Course for the Practitioner (NRRI Accredited): Online (09th of February). This course is designed to give students a comprehensive insight into the concepts, principles and techniques that underpin mindfulness and meditation practices.

It is ideal for those wishing to incorporate meditation and stress management techniques into their complementary therapy and holistic healing practices. The course is also applicable to students without a complementary therapy background, who may have an interest in the subjects of mindfulness and meditation and would like to learn more about these self-management strategies.  This course runs one evening per week for 2.5 hours, for 8-12weeks.

-Stress Management: Online (February)

-One Day Hand Reflexology Course
