Gardaí are appealing for information after a bench was stolen in Lifford this week.
The public bench was taken from the side of a footpath on the Letterkenny road between the evening on Wednesday 11th January and Thursday morning 12th January.
The black iron frame bench with wooden seating belongs to Donegal Council Council and is intended for the benefit of the local community.
Gardaí are appealing to the public to report if they saw the bench being taken, being transported or if they saw the bench in a new location, to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on +353 74 9167100.
