Investigation launched after 200litres of fuel stolen from bus

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after fuel was stolen from a bus in Ballyshannon.

The bus was parked at the Market Yard overnight between Tuesday 10th January (5.15pm) and Wednesday 11th January (7am) when the fuel tank was opened.

Approximately 200 litres of diesel were taken, according to gardaí.

No damage was caused to the bus.

Anyone with any information in relation to the crime is asked to contact Ballyshannon Garda Station on +353 71 9858537.
