It will be mostly cloudy today with patchy rain and drizzle at times. 

However, more persistent rain will develop in the afternoon.

Highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees with moderate southwest winds increasing fresh to strong westerly later.

Mostly dry with clear spells, with westerly winds generally falling light.

Lowest temperatures of 3 to 5 degrees in fresh to strong northwesterly winds.
