Following a hugely successful start in September, The Irish School of Reflexology & Wellness is happy to offer a New Term of their Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology in March and all their online classes too. January is a month when most of us feel the need to start afresh. We reflect on what we want to achieve or do in the New Year. Perhaps something we have always wanted to study and learn! The growing demand for complementary therapies makes Reflexology one of the most wanted treatments. Reflexology is a very powerful and beneficial complementary therapy that can be used in conjunction with traditional medicine with many health benefits to the patient. In addition to that, Reflexology is holistic, which means it works not just on the physical body, but it addresses any imbalances in the mind or soul too.

The ISRW’S vision is to provide a well-rounded training experience for their students to equip them with skills and knowledge so that they will be ready when they start to work with the public.

With that in mind, check the ISRW’s vast program of in person and online classes at www.isrw.ie. All the classes complement each other providing the ultimate Holistic Healing Training Program available.

The Ballybofey-based training school facilitates beginners, post-graduates and practitioners in developing their skills and expanding their knowledge. We offer NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists-IRL) and ITEC accredited professional training programmes.

We introduce beginners to the theory and practical elements of reflexology, nutrition and holistic practices, as well as assisting post-graduates and practitioners in the further development of their skills and professional knowledge. The Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness (ISRW) is the leader in holistic Healing Education.

At the ISRW, we have lots of new exciting courses beginning in the New Year to start your new path in the holistic field. The courses will be rewarding and interesting on many levels.

8 Weeks Chakras System Course: Online: Next term starting 27th of February.

The course explains the concept of energy; its forms, flow and symptoms of obstruction. Energy channels are also examined and the student will learn about the principles of chakra balance and alignment.

The course then looks at each of the 7 chakra points in detail and associated body parts, colours, elements, emotions and more as we ascend through the system. Students will also learn ways to open, balance and align each chakra that can be applied to practice or in their own personal life or as part of a holistic healing program.

We complete the course by looking at the Chakra System as a modern tool for self-development and holistic healing. This course is suitable for anyone, but might appeal more to those who have a basic knowledge of and interest in the system. It is ideal for those with a career in holistic health, complementary therapies, yoga, meditation and energy healing. The content should also be of interest to those who are interested in spirituality, ancient cultures, practices and belief systems. This course runs one evening per week for 2 hours, for 8 weeks.

Meditation and Mindfulness Course for the Practitioner (NRRI Accredited): Online (09th of February)

This course is designed to give students a comprehensive insight into the concepts, principles and techniques that underpin mindfulness and meditation practices.

It is ideal for those wishing to incorporate meditation and stress management techniques into their complementary therapy and holistic healing practices. The course is also applicable to students without a complementary therapy background, who may have an interest in the subjects of mindfulness and meditation and would like to learn more about these self-management strategies.  This course runs one evening per week for 2.5 hours, for 8-12weeks.

We are also enrolling for:

-Stress Management: Online (February)

-One Day Hand Reflexology Course
