The Donegal-based No Barriers Foundation charity is celebrating the launch of its new inclusive gym, No Barriers Fitness.
No Barriers Fitness on the Mountain Top in Letterkenny is no ordinary gym. It has a strong sense of community, a wonderful team and a top class facility and equipment.
But what makes it different to the other gyms around? No Barriers Fitness is a Social Enterprise. This means all profits from the gym will be reinvested in No Barriers Foundation, a registered charity which helps people with disabilities to access neuro rehabilitation and health support in Donegal and beyond.
No Barriers Fitness houses a gym and yoga studio running 40 classes per week including F60, Concept Cardio and yoga. There is something for everyone, whether you are starting out on your fitness journey, a seasoned gym goer or wanting to introduce some mindfulness and yoga into your life.
No Barriers Fitness is offering one lucky winner an unlimited membership for one month which includes access to all classes. To enter, check out the post on Donegal Daily’s Facebook page HERE.
Speaking recently, Johnny Loughrey, CEO of No Barriers Foundation & No Barriers Fitness, said: “We all know the benefits of exercise. We have created an environment where everyone, regardless of ability or disability, can exercise in a great facility.”
“A membership with No Barriers Fitness provides true transformation in the community. You will be part of a friendly community, physically and mentally you will feel great from exercising and your membership is going towards funding people with disabilities to access rehabilitation, allowing them to regain independence and take control of their own health,” said Johnny.
No Barriers Fitness is located at Unit 4 Pinehill Business Park, Mountain Top Letterkenny. F92 TW27
