Plans have been submitted for nine new houses on the outskirts of Letterkenny.
Declan Bourke and Karen McLaughlin are seeking permission for the development in Killylastin.
The proposal also includes an internal access roadway, pedestrian footpaths, open space and boundary treatments and connection to all main services.
