Gardai announce traffic restrictions in Letterkenny for GAA game

A number of traffic restrictions have been announced by Gardaí ahead of Sundays Donegal v Galway GAA National League game in Letterkenny.

The game takes place at O Donnell Park, Letterkenny this Sunday 26th February 2023. Throw in is at 12.30pm.

Parking at O Donnell Park is limited to those attending with relevant passes. The area around park is mainly residential with no parking.

A road closure will be in place from Kernan’s Spar, Lower Main Street, to O Donnell Park from 11am with limited access for local traffic.

People attending the game are encouraged to arrive early and avail of parking in the town and walk to the ground or avail of the free shuttle bus which will be available from Kernan’s Spar.

The road will also be closed for a period after the game to allow spectators access the town car parks
