The owner of Chapter 63 cafe in Buncrana has announced that the business is going up for sale.

Caroline Doherty, the founder of Sinless Snacks, said she is stepping away from the cafe due to personal reasons.

The cafe will close at the end of the month and vouchers can be used up to 31st March.

In a message to customers, Caroline said: “It has been an amazing three years full of laughter and tears where we have met some lovely people and we have all our customers to thank for that who have supported us from the start and made Chapter 63 the great business it is today.

“Thank you to my staff past and present for all their hard work and making it all possible over the years.”

Caroline said she will be launching a recipe book in the next few weeks full of her famous Sinless Snacks range for people to make and enjoy at home. Her delicious locally-made snacks, launched in 2019, are made for people with dietary requirements or those seeking a healthier diet and lifestyle.

“Thanks to other businesses who have supported us during our time at West End,” Caroline said.

The business is now available for sale and interested parties are asked to get in contact.
