Finn Harps take on Bray Wanderers tonight at Finn Park in a week that has been overshadowed by tragic events in the County, which is reeling from the loss of two valued members of the local football community.

Both Liam Haughey and Kieran McGrath were regulars at Finn Park for many years.

“Their loss is deeply felt in our club, our community and in local grassroots football circles.

“A minute’s silence will be observed at tonight’s game in memory of our departed brothers, and we offer sincere sympathies to both families and everyone who knew Liam and Kieran,” said a Harps spokesperson.

Tickets for the match are on sale at https://finnharps.ie/tickets/

The club is also supporting a fundraising venture in memory of another Finn Harps man who we lost far too young.

The family of Stephen Kelly are raising funds for Donegal Hospice in Stephen’s memory at https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/CharleneKelly and Finn Harps FC have donated a signed jersey to support the appeal.

All donations of €5 or more will be entered into a draw for the jersey, while donations to the fund can also be made in person to any Finn Harps Director or to the Supporters Club shop at tonight’s game.
