Donegal manager Paddy Carr said the team has to keep moving forward after this evening’s defeat to Armagh.
“The lads are not one bit happy with themselves, we know we have to kick on. A lot of decisions seemed to go against us. It was baffling.”
Armagh claimed a hard-fought victory over Donegal in the Box-It Athletic Grounds. Donegal had a comeback in the second half, but Armagh responded with two points in injury time to win by three.
“Our backs are to the wall,” Carr admitted, as he looked ahead to Donegal’s last two league games.
He said the team will have to throw in everything they have to stay in Division One.
“We have to dust ourselves off and keep going to keep Donegal proud.”
