There were shocking scenes on Sunday as two young boys took off with the €50K prize money for the St Marys Convoy GAA ‘50k on Paddy’s Day’ draw!
A spokesperson for the club, however, assured us that Gardaí are on ‘the case’ and they will get the money back in time for the big draw.
The Guards currently have 24-hour surveillance on all toy stores in the locality.
Any information on the identity of the two culprits is welcomed!
