John O’Donnell Construction Ltd. are a construction company based in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal. Due to continued growth, we now have an opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager.
Requirements:
* 5+ years management experience with a main contractor
* Ability to organise all aspects of a contract and see through to successful completion including organisation of sub-contractors and ordering of materials
* Ability to manage various projects concurrently and prioritise workload
* Knowledge of current building regulations and standards
* Liaise with clients
* Good record keeping and problem solving ability
* Report to main office
* Must have Safepass card and full drivers licence
* All works will be based in Co. Donegal.
