Pedestrian brought to hospital following traffic collision

A pedestrian was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital following a traffic collision outside Letterkenny.

Gardaí are appealing for information from the public following the incident which occurred shortly before 11pm last Thursday night, March 9th.

The collision involving the car and the pedestrian took place very close to the Dry Arch Filling Station on Port Road.

Gardaí attended the scene and spoke to both parties involved before the injured pedestrian was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.

Any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact Letterkenny Gardai on 074 91 67100.
