The trial of a man for the murder of a young Castlefin mother more than four years ago is expected to last a week.
Richard Burke goes on trial at the Central Criminal Court sitting in Monaghan today before Mr Justice Paul Burns.
Model and mum-of-two Jasmine McMonagle died at her home at Forest Park, Killygordon on January 9th, 2019.
Ms McMonagle shared the house with the accused at the time.
Due to Covid and other factors, the trial of her accused was delayed.
