A charity clothes drive in Ballyliffin raised €1,500 for medical aid in the Syrian and Turkish regions devastated by February’s earthquake.
The fundraiser was hosted by the Disappear Here Film Festival/ Atlantic Stores Ballyliffin team.
Between cash and clothes donations, they raised a total of €1,500 which is on its way to the region via Médecins Sans Frontières / MSF.
“The generosity of the Inishowen Community is always first class and this was no exception. Go raibh maith agaibh,” said Michael McLaughlin-Director Disappear Here Film Festival.
