A man used a hurl to smash a number of windows on a car in Milford during an incident of criminal damage at the weekend.

Gardaí say they received a report of the incident at around 9.50pm on Saturday night.

The rear window and two side windows of the car were smashed. It’s believed the damage was caused by a man who used a hurl in the attack.

Gardaí are appealing for help and have asked for people to contact them if they saw a lone male in the area at the time, or if any motorists have dashcam footage that may be of assistance.

Milford gardaí can be contacted on 074 91 53060.
