A wellness programme with a difference is to begin in Creeslough.
The Woodlands for Wellbeing initiative begins at Ards Friary on Thursday, March 23rd at 11 am and will last for 12 weeks.
The free programme, which has been delivered with great success in other locations in the Donegal in recent years, is bieng run by the Donegal Sports Partnership.
It will provide participants with an opportunity to meet new people, enjoy physical activity outdoors, learn about the environment and improve their well-being.
