It will be a dry and mostly sunny day today across the north west, according to Met Éireann.

However, there will be a partial build-up of cloud later. Highest temperatures will range from 13 to 16 degrees with a moderate to fresh northeast breeze.

It looks set to become mostly cloudy overnight with patchy rain spreading from the east later. However, some western parts of Ulster will hold dry. Minimum temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in a moderate east to northeast breeze.

Tomorrow is expected to be a rather cloudy day with showery rain possible at times, especially across the eastern half of the province. Some western parts are likely to stay dry and bright. Top temperatures generally ranging 11 to 14 degrees in moderate northerly winds.
