New programmes launching Donegal Women’s Centre

The Donegal Women’s Centre is launching three new programmes for women this month starting on the 25th/26th April.

Please share the word with anyone you think may be interested:

The first is a FREE 8 week programme for new mums called ‘Minding Mum‘ – this Doctor & Counsellor led programme will run in the Centre in Letterkenny and will cover topics such as Postpartum care, nutrition, newborn issues, postpartum mood and will provide group and community support – This programme starts on Tuesday 25th April at 10.30am. To book a place email donegalwomenscentre@gmail.com.

The second FREE 12 week programme is a Creative Art & Mental Wellness Programme for women – this programme which is running in the Finn Valley Family Resource Centre is open to any woman who wants to meet new people, get creative and have some fun! It starts on the 26th April from 7-9pm. To book a place on this programme email rhonahannigan@gmail.com

The third FREE programme is a 12 week Creative Art & Mental Wellness Programme for women, running in the Anglers Club, Buncrana on the 9th May from 10.30-12.30am. To book a place email rhonahannigan@gmail.com.
