Gardaí in Ramelton are investigating attacks on two cars at Bridge Street, Ramelton, between 6pm on Saturday 6th May and 10.30am on Sunday 7th May.

A resident parked their car on the street and when they returned they found that the passenger side window had been smashed, the glass had been removed from both wing mirrors and the front wiper blades had been removed.

The discs were also stolen from the windscreen and documentation (insurance policy, etc) were stolen from the glovebox.

Another resident on Bridge Street had parked their van at the location overnight and discovered the following morning that the handle had been broken off the rear sliding door and the rubber was torn off the windscreen.

If anybody observed any suspicious activity in the area of Bridge Street, Ramelton between 6pm on Saturday the 6th of May and 10.40am on Sunday the 7th of May or if they have any relevant information in relation to either of these incidents then we ask them to contact Gardaí in Milford on 074-9153060.
