Green light for new housing developments

Planning permission has been granted for a major new housing development in Inishowen.

Morgan McCandless was given the green light to build five detached and 30 semi-detached houses at Malin Road, Churchland Quarters.

Meanwhile, Roundhill Properties Ltd has been given permission for an apartment block in Downings.

The proposed development will consist of a mixture of one-bed, two-bed and three-bed flats as well as the construction of a sewage treatment plant to service the existing four apartments and detached house.
