Today marks the first day of what is expected to be a scorching hot week with temperatures to hit the 24 degree mark.
Traffic to the beach and the bog is reported to be busier than the normal Monday morning.
It will be dry and sunny today across Ulster, though the sunshine will be hazy in places. Turning warm again, especially in the west with highest temperatures of 17 to 22 degrees Celsius generally. However, it will be a little cooler along the east coast, in light to moderate easterly breezes.
Tonight will be dry and mostly clear with lowest temperatures of 6 to 11 degrees, all in just light variable breezes.
Tomorrow will also be warm, dry and sunny. Highest temperatures of 20 to 24 degrees, again warmest in the west. Light to moderate east to northeast breezes will however keep temperatures a little cooler along eastern fringes.
