A motorcyclist in his 30s remains in hospital following a crash in Manorcuningham yesterday evening.
Gardaí are continuing inquiries into the crash between a car and a motorcycle at Galdonagh on Monday shortly before 5.15pm.
The motorcyclist was rushed to Letterkenny Univerisity Hospital with serious injuries. The driver and the passenger of the car were also taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
Gardaí say the car and the motorcycle were both travelling in the same direction on the L1214 from Raphoe to Newtowncuningham at the time of the collision.
“We appeal to anoybody who was travelling on that stretch of road, as always, who had a dashcam that would be invaluabel if they could make that footage available to us,” said Garda Grainne Doherty in a community appeal.
