The driver in the photo was nabbed after allegedly driving dangerously on a busy Rossnowlagh Beach on Monday.
The incident had initially been reported by a member of the public to Ballyshannon Garda Station and Gardaí there responded immediately.
Over the past few years, the Friends of Rossnowlagh Beach group has liased with local Gardaí around problems that have been raised with them by members of the community.
“Over this busy bank holiday weekend, or anytime over the summer, if you see any anti-social and/or illegal behaviour in Rossnowlagh, we would appreciate you contacting Ballyshannon Garda Station on 071 985 8530,” a spokesperson for the group said.
