Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) will host public consultation events this week on the new LEADER Programme, providing an opportunity for local people to input into the LEADER Local Development Strategy (LDS) 2023-2027.
These are additional events that are taking place alongside the recently announced Donegal LCDC public consultation events but will have a specific focus on the new LEADER Programme 2023 – 2027.
The LEADER programme is being delivered in partnership with the Donegal Local Community Development Committee (LCDC). The key feature of the LEADER programme is ensuring a community-led, bottom-up approach in both the preparation, and implementation, of the LEADER Local Development Strategy. Most importantly, the strategy will be informed and guided by local communities, organisations and businesses.
Attendees are invited to inform the development of the new LEADER Local Development Strategy 2023-2027 and to discuss potential project ideas/concepts that will fit funding opportunities under the new LEADER Programme.
DLDC therefore invites you to participate, share your input and contribute to the new LEADER Local Development Strategy 2023-2027 for your area by attending one of the planned events.
