To mark the end of Active Week in Scoil Naomh Fiachra, Illistrin, pupils and staff gathered to make a superb video to send a message to the wider community to “Be Active”.
Over 500 pupils and staff lined up on the school football pitch.
Drone footage captured the pupils as they formed the letters needed to let everyone know that they should “Be Active”.
The pupils can be seen waving their “Active Caps”. Each pupil decorated their own cap with an active slogan.

Pupils with the best caps were presented with prizes by special guest, Olympian, Danny McDaid.
Pupils went home exhausted after a very busy Active Week full of sporting activities to keep them fit and get them ready for their active Summer Holidays.
