Lucky Louise wins second chance at dream honeymoon!

A lucky Letterkenny woman who thought her chance at a honeymoon had sailed away has won two tickets to paradise!

Louise Mc Cauley and her husband Patrick got married during the pandemic and sadly never got to jet off on a honeymoon.

But today, two years after tying the knot, Louise was the lucky winner of an all-inclusive European cruise!

Louise drew the Golden Ticket in a live challenge by Virgin Media broadband, held on Main Street Letterkenny this morning.

There was much excitement in the town today as TikTok star Eric Robert and Ireland AM host Deric Hartigan held the great big giveaway.

Louise was selected as a finalist alongside Carly Thomas, who entered in the hope of winning for a friend, Claire, who has had a difficult time recently.

After a thrilling maze race, the women were handed two boxes of fibre cereal, with just one containing tickets for an all-inclusive Virgin Voyage cruise.

Louise was speechless when she saw gold!

She and Patrick will soon be jetting off for a seven day round trip of sunny destinations departing from Barcelona, Spain or Athens, Greece.

Carly didn’t leave empty-handed either, and won a €500 Harvey Norman voucher!

The competition coincided with the surprise deliveries of thousands of boxes of fibre cereal to homes across Donegal – showing that Virgin Media are quite literally delivering fibre to your home.

The events celebrate the launch of 2 Gigabit full fibre broadband to 345,000 additional homes and businesses in Ireland.

Prices for full fibre broadband start from only €39 per month. To find out more, go to www.virginmedia.ie
