Two Donegal licensed premises have made the shortlist for the 2023 national ‘Bar of the Year’ awards.
With almost 600 submissions this year’s awards have seen more entries than ever before, which made the judges decision even harder as the competition was even stronger.
However, after intense deliberation only the best bars have been shortlisted as finalists. They include The Railway Tavern, Fahan, in the Local Bar of The Year category and Oasis Bar has been shortlisted for the Best Value Pub award.
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner hosted by Anton Savage on Monday the 21st of August in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
