Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after two cars collided in the McElhinney’s car park in Ballybofey on Saturday 20th May.

A black Skoda Octavia was parked at that location when it was struck on the passenger side by a silver/gold Skoda Octavia between 7.10pm and 8pm.

It is believed that the driver of the car in question may have waited a short time before leaving the area.

Gardaí are asking for the driver of the silver/gold Skoda Octavia to make contact with them.

They are also appealing to any body who may have witnessed the collision or have dash cam footage to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.
