Planning permission is being sought to turn a south Donegal housing estate into a ‘holiday village’.

C&C Property Investment Ltd is seeking a change of use for the eight semi-detached homes on Ballintra’s Main Street to a commercial tourism venture. The same applicant is also seeking a similar change for two further houses in the same estate which have been granted planning permission, but have yet to be built.
