Met Éireann have issued a yellow rain warning for Donegal this Saturday.
The yellow rain warning has been issued for two other counties also Sligo and Donegal, with Met Éireann warning of frequent heavy showers on Saturday from 9am to midnight.
The frequent showers may also lead to localised flooding.
Low pressure is also expected to dominate the country this weekend, leading to scattered showers turning heavy and thundery in some areas, particularly in the northwest.
