Killybegs Coast Guard volunteers came to the rescue of a fallen hill walker in a remote area of south west Donegal yesterday.
The team was tasked at 17:06 to a fallen hill walker at Glenlough, near Port, Glencolmcille. The casualty fell from a height of over three meters and sustained a lower leg injury.
The Rescue 118 helicopter was also on scene, after assessing the casualty, they airlifted her and brought her to hospital.
