Gardaí have confirmed that a report of a ‘suspicious device’ at Letterkenny University Hospital (LUH) last night was a false alarm.
Letterkenny Garda Station received reports of a ‘potential’ device there at approximately 11:30pm.
“Following a search of the area and further enquiries, no such device was located,” a spokesperson for the Garda Press Office said.
