Raj and Jony, who hail from Bangladesh, have worked in hospitality all their lives. Raj is the front-of-house manager and the self-confessed chatty one, while Jony quietly perfects his signature dishes in the kitchen. Raj holds an Honours degree from the National College of Ireland in Dublin in Business Management and has 12 years of front-of-house management experience. Chef Jony has 15 years of culinary experience, having trained at ‘Curry King’ Tommy Miah’s Hospitality Management Institute in Bangladesh.

“Our passion is hospitality, we aim to deliver next-level service and cuisine,” Raj says.

“Being a family-run restaurant means we are hands-on with every aspect of the business. We are delighted that the business is doing well and the five star reviews continue coming in.”
