Two well-known businesses in the popular seaside village of Dunfanaghy have been put on the market.

The first business for sale is McAuliffe’s Craft Shop on the town’s Main Street.

The shop, which sells some of the country’s leading brands, needs no introduction.

The long-established and profitable business stretches to 4,200 Sq ft and has been refurbished and redesigned in the past five years.

The wonderful McAuliffe’s Craft Shop.

Other land to the rear of the property, for sale with Lisneys, also offers huge potential for various income streams.

And for anyone who has ever dreamt of opening up their own cafe, the brilliant Starfish Cafe & Bistro is also up for sale.

The cafe, located on the town’s Main Street, has been operating for ten years already and enjoys a great customer base.

As well as that loyal customer base, the cafe sits about 40 people and is a hive of activity in the summer months.

The always-popular Starfish Cafe and Bistro.
