Getting a perfect grade in any exam is a rare achievement.
But getting the highest possible mark in both Leaving Certificate English papers in literally unheard of.
Step forward outgoing Loreto Letterkenny student Lakshmi Shaji.
Lakshmi maxed out on both English papers recording a maximum of 200 marks on each.
A spokesperson for Loreto said “This is an extremely unusual and most amazing achievement and we are so proud of you Lakshmi.
“You have contributed so much to life in Loreto over your six years here and we wish you every success in the future.”
