A man has appeared in court charged with assaulting another man in Letterkenny.
Gavin Gallagher, with an address at Drumnakillew, Creeslough, is charged that on on April 17th, 2022 at Port Road in Letterkenny he assaulted Ryan McCullagh causing him harm.
The charge is Contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Against the Persons Act of 1997.
Garda Sergeant Gerard Dalton told a sitting of Letterkenny District Court that a book of evidence in the case of the 29-year-old accused is not ready yet.
The case was adjourned until November 20th next.
