Letterkenny CDP is holding a ‘Recovery Walk and Talk’ in the Bernard McGlinchey Town Park tomorrow.

The event, which will take place from 1pm until 3pm, aims to raise awareness about recovery from addictions and to celebrate recovery by taking away the shame and stigma.

“We have live music, face painting and games for the kids and tea and coffee,” a spokesperson for the organisers said.

“There will also be a memorial for those in our communities lost to addiction.”
