The Foyleside Shopping Centre has been sold to a new group for a sum of £27 million.

The sale was confirmed yesterday, with a group of local investors in the North purchasing the 365,000 square foot site from its previous owners, London-based investment firm Kildare Partners.

Foyleside, which consists currently of 53 retail units, was put up for sale in 2021.

Donall McCann, speaking on behalf of the new owners, said they would work with “existing and new occupiers to further enhance the offering at Foyleside”.
