The Railway Gym in Lifford has announced it’s closed its doors for the final time.
In a statement on social media, the gym said that due to continuing price rises, the gym could not be kept open, despite looking at “every possible option”.
This past Friday was the final day of business for the gym following many years as a part of the local Lifford community.
On social media, the gym said “from the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank each and every person who came and trained and was part of our gym. Railway-gym would never (have) been what it was without yous and we were truly blessed to have such great members”.
