A fundraiser that has been set up to help pay the funeral costs of nine year old Ronan Wilson has reached over £20,000.

Ronan was killed in a tragic hit-and-run incident in Bundoran on Saturday night, while he and his family, originally from Kildress in County Tyrone, were on holiday in the seaside town.

Garda investigations are ongoing, but a man has appeared in court earlier today in connection with the incident.

The fundraiser, to help pay for Ronan’s funeral expenses, as well as his family’s living costs in the coming months, has now reached over £20,000.

You can donate to the fundraiser here: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/shauna-loughran-1?utm_term=aYVjVr6jB&fbclid=IwAR3TF6ayMXc8uiJD2k6O6lKdCXue3jMZ9GKhI_c17DDMHSWD302kp8PYIIU
