A sum of cash was stolen from a Letterkenny business in a break-in last week.

Gardaí say that the burglary happened last week, between 7pm on Monday evening, the 18th of September, and 4:50am last Tuesday morning.

The front door of the premises, located at Drumnahoagh in the town, was smashed in, before a sum of cash was taken from a cash box.

Anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the area at those times, or has any information, has been asked to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny.
