Free neuro physiotherapy assessments at Donegal’s No Barriers Foundation

Have you or a loved one got a neurological condition? Did you know that the No Barriers Foundation is a charity based in Letterkenny providing outpatient support, physiotherapy and exercise therapy for those rehabilitating following a diagnosis of a neurological condition.  

Some of the conditions that the specialist team treats are stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, MS and Parkinson’s disease amongst others.

The No Barriers team of full-time staff offers specialist neurophysiotherapy and exercise therapy in a 12,000 square ft fully equipped gym based at the Mountain Top in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

“We are focused on helping individuals improve their physical and mental health through exercise regardless of their current baseline,” said Service Coordinator and Clinical Lead Marina Kennedy-Quick.

“We’re excited to announce that we’ll be offering FREE neuro physiotherapy initial assessments for a limited time to anyone with a neurological disorder. Our assessments go beyond just the physical – we also discuss a clients’ goals and aspirations to create highly tailored rehab programs.”
