Ireland AM, the country’s longest-running breakfast television show, will wake up the nation tomorrow morning with a live broadcast from Letterkenny.

Katja Mia will join us from Letterkenny’s Market Square in the town centre, while Deric Hartigan will be based at the Letterkenny Rovers Football Club grounds, Leckview Park, to celebrate Virgin Media Ireland’s new partnership with the Donegal football club’s women’s team.

The team will also be taking a closer look at the county’s most famous export, with the fashion segment showcasing Donegal tweed.

Donegal-based social media star, Marius Monaghan, whose passion for exploring the Emerald Isle has seen his online following grow immensely in recent years, joins the show as a special guest.

This broadcast is to celebrate the launch of 2 Gigabit full fibre broadband to more homes and businesses in Ireland, including in Donegal.

Watch ‘Ireland AM’ from 7am-10am Friday morning as it is broadcast live from Letterkenny on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player.
