Plans on the boil for new coffee shop in Dungloe

Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for a new coffee shop in Dungloe.

Pat Boyle is seeking permission for a change of use of a retail premises to a cafe at 25 Main Street.

The proposed development will also see the demolition of all fire damaged buildings to the rear of the property to make way for new toilets, kitchen area and a link staircase. The works will include the refurbishment of the first floor layout to provide a two bed apartment.
