A fundraising walk to raise awareness of mental health issues will take place on the Muckish Railway Walk, Creeslough, this Sunday.

The 5Km walk starts at 11am and registration is from 10.30am at the Muckish Sand and Gravel car park.

“This is a chance for people to get out in nature and get some gentle exercise while also connecting with others which is so important. We would also love to raise awareness as October is World Mental Health Month,” a spokesperson for the organisers said.
