St.Mary’s Convoy    0-12        v    1-08   Robert Emmetts
It was goals in last week’s meeting that earned Robert Emmets this replay in the Junior B championship at Killygordon.
They had to wait until the second-half last week for those goals but after Jason McDaid had given Convoy a lead in the first minute Robert Emmets responded immediately with a goal from Jordan Tourish.
Darren Bonner and  Dylan McNamee exchanged points and then Benny Bonner with two and a super effort from Oran Patterson had Convoy 0-05 to 1-01 ahead in the 18th minute.
Dylan McNamee replied to level it up again but Bonner converted his third to put his team one ahead once again. It was level again when Conor Dalton scored but Liam Prunty’s point had Convoy one ahead at the break, 0-07 to 1-03.
The second-half opened with scores quickly at both ends, Rory Dalton and Owen Haran for Emmets and Darren Bonner for Convoy, level again at 1-05 to 0-08. McNamee gave Emmets the lead but Conor Bonner had Convoy level again, 1-06 to 0-09 with 45 minutes played.
Oran Patterson edged Convoy ahead as the game headed for the final ten minutes and nobody ruling out extra-time.
Conor Bonner made it a two point game in favour of Convoy with five minutes left.  Rory Dalton brought it back to one as the time began to run out, 0-11 to 1-07, that second minute goal keeping Robert Emmets in it .
Conor Bonner and Dylan McNamee  exchanged points, 0-12 to 1-08 and the game was still in the melting pot.
But those proved to be the final scores and St.Mary’s Convoy held on to win the Junior B Championship on a final score of 0-12 to 1-08 after two tension filled matches against a gallant Robert Emmets team that made it very difficult for their close neighbours.
St.Mary’s Scorers: Conor Bonner 0-03, Benny Bonner 0-03 , Oran Patterson 0-02, Darren Bonner 0-02 , Jason McDaid 0-01, Liam Prunty 0-01.
Robert Emmets Scorers: Jordan Tourish 1-00 , Dylan McNamee 0-04, Rory Dalton 0-02, Owen Haran 0-01, Conor Dalton 0-01.
